This strategy allows facilitators/teachers to find out what participants/students learned, what questions may exist, and if there are any contentious issues in the room. The feedback allows facilitators/teachers to adjust the next day's session/lesson.
It asks participants to state 3 things that struck them, 2 questions they have, and one thing they'd like to do.
